The Story
Bob Holobinko is a Fractional CMO and strategic advisor to luxury and premium brands across fashion, beauty, skincare, jewelry, home décor, and lifestyle. Through Lang Enterprises, he partners with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to solve the growth challenges that matter most.
His approach operates at the intersection of brand, customer experience, ecommerce, merchandising, CRM, analytics, and organizational leadership — connecting the creative and analytical sides of the business in a way that's rare at the senior level.
Before founding Lang Enterprises, Bob served as VP of Marketing at Gap Inc., where he led a global team of 120 across brand marketing, store experience, digital marketing, and commercial planning. Prior to that, he spent eight years at American Eagle Outfitters, building some of the brand's most iconic campaigns and taking the denim category from #6 to #1 market share.
Today, Bob advises expert networks including McKinsey, GLG, BTG, Guidepoint, and Alpha Insights as a recognized authority in marketing, brand, and retail strategy.
